Koh Samui, 5th April 2026: This Easter, Centara Reserve Samui invites guests and families to celebrate the season with a special Easter Brunch at Salt Society Beach Bar & Kitchen, alongside a full day of fun kids’ activities. 

Set by the beach in the warm spirit of Spring, the brunch brings together Salt Society’s usual Sunday offering with Easter-themed menu highlights and family activities for younger guests across both Kids’ Club and Salt Society. 

The word Easter stems from the old English word Eostre, associated with spring, renewal and fertility. In that spirit, the occasion is a chance to come together for good food, family time and a relaxed afternoon by the sea. 

Salt Society’s Easter Brunch is on Sunday, 5th April 2026, from 12:30hrs to 15:30hrs, and will feature its range of Sunday Brunch packages, alongside signature spread of seafood, oysters, charcuterie, cheese, beef wellington, sushi and pizza, with special Easter menu highlights including: 

• Poached green asparagus, egg vinaigrette 

• Deviled eggs with trout caviar 

• Hot cross buns 

• Pink roasted leg of lamb, thyme and honey rub 

• Ham carving with orange and vanilla glaze, shallot gravy 

• Whole steamed salmon, creamed spinach, white wine sauce 

• Carrot cake 

• Strawberry macarons 

• Peach melba trifle 

Guests may choose from the following brunch packages: 

Vitamin A – THB 2,490++ per person
Including soft drinks 

Vitamin B – THB 3,800++ per person
Including soft drinks, wine, beer and cocktails 

Vitamin SEA – THB 4,400++ per person
Including soft drinks, wine, beer, cocktails and sparkling prosecco 

Special Easter cocktails will be available with Package B and Package SEA, including Carrot Mimosa, Chocolate Martini, Bunny Bellini and Easter Egg Sour. 

For families celebrating with children, Easter activities will be available at two locations throughout the day. 

At Kids’ Club, activities include:
