Monaco, 19 March 2026 – For the first time in its history, the Principality of Monaco had the honour of hosting the prestigious MICHELIN Guide France & Monaco ceremony on 16 March 2026. This edition has reinforced Monte-Carlo Société des Bains de Mer's position as an international reference in gastronomy and the art of living. With a total of 10 Michelin stars, the world's most starred resort since 2025 boasts the finest collection of awarded restaurants. This recognition pays tribute to the tireless work of the chefs and their teams, who strive every day to push the boundaries of excellence.
A historic ceremony
The 117th Michelin Guide France & Monaco star ceremony took place on Monday 16 March 2026 at the Grimaldi Forum in Monaco. Over 1,000 chefs, journalists and hospitality professionals gathered for the occasion. As the event's hospitality partner, alongside the Prince's Government, the institutional partner, Monte-Carlo Société des Bains de Mer, thus reaffirmed its commitment to haute cuisine.
10 Michelin Stars
Once again, this year, Monte-Carlo Société des Bains de Mer restaurants have maintained their high standards of excellence, retaining all their Michelin stars a testament to the consistency and dedication that drive the chefs and their teams in their daily work.

- Blue Bay Marcel Ravin** - Monte-Carlo Bay Hotel & Resort
- L'Abysse Monte-Carlo** - Hôtel Hermitage Monte-Carlo
- Pavyllon Monte-Carlo, un restaurant de Yannick Alléno* - Hôtel Hermitage Monte-Carlo
- Le Grill* - Hôtel de Paris Monte-Carlo
- Elsa Marcel Ravin* - Monte-Carlo Beach
