This Easter, The Fullerton Hotel Sydney invites guests to savour an elegant Easter Afternoon Tea. In their next themed offering, this spread features a thoughtfully crafted menu of sweet and savoury creations designed to enjoy with family and friends.
From 30 March to 3 May 2026, The Bar will be offering the Easter themed Afternoon Tea, featuring a curated selection of treats, including Goat Cheese and Pumpkin Quiche, Easter Egg filled with Prawn and Fish Roe, and Cocoa Biscuit layered with Blackberry Jam and Ganache. For an extra Easter themed delight, try the beautiful Spice Cake inspired by the classic Hot Cross Bun.
Served daily from 12.00 p.m. to 4.00 p.m., guests can choose from three packages:
- A$90 per person, inclusive of TWG Tea or Vittoria Coffee
- A$102 per person, inclusive of a flute of Chandon Sparkling Wine and TWG Tea or Vittoria Coffee
- A$112 per person, inclusive of a flute of Veuve Clicquot Yellow Label Brut NV champagne and TWG Tea or Vittoria Coffee
