The Easter weekend 3-night package includes Easter Sunday celebrations for the whole family from natural egg painting to eco-bonnet making and mini pony rides. 

 "We’ve designed a joy-filled day for families, friends, and Easter enthusiasts of all ages—where nature, play, and sustainability come together,” commented Ruby Platts-Mills of La Belle Eco.

 A 3 course Sunday lunch will be served cooked by La Belle Eco’s in house chef using fresh, organic seasonal ingredients from the garden.

After an afternoon of activities including an Easter treasure hunt, guests can indulge in afternoon tea, featuring a selection of teas, pastries, and finger sandwiches.

Then unwind in the eco spa where you can swim surrounded by wildlife in the natural swimming pool or relax in the wood-fired hot tub and sauna.

A leisurely walk through the fairy glen before retiring for the evening is the perfect end to the day.

During the weekend there will also be time to explore at leisure the local area where you will find places of cultural interest as well as local producers, organic vineyards and quirky brocantes.

Owners Ruby and Dimitri Platts-Mills bought La Belle Eco in 2021. Ruby, whose father was the film director Barney Platts-Mills, worked in the London comedy scene and as a teacher in Spain for many years. Dimitri worked in finance and took early retirement when they bought the house and began the renovation project.

  • The small town of Montolieu, a few kilometres north-west of Carcassonne in the Languedoc region of southern France. The town is best known for the number of booksellers in the town that attract enthusiasts of old books from far afield.
  • The historic town of Carcassonne is in the Languedoc-Roussillon region, 90 kilometres south-east of Toulouse. It is certainly one of the most interesting and impressive medieval towns in the whole of France.
