Romance is blooming this February at The Fullerton Hotel Sydney, where guests and visitors can celebrate love surrounded by rich heritage and authentic hospitality.
From an enticing Valentine's Day dinner inspired by the journey of new love to a romance-filled stay in one of The Fullerton Hotel Sydney's king rooms, these experiences are designed to create lasting memories.
Hotel Manager Darryl Healey said the hotel team had created bespoke, luxury experiences to mark the international month of love. “Located in the heart of the city, The Fullerton Hotel Sydney is excited to embrace the month of love and invite guests to discover what the hotel offers.”
On 14 February, couples can enjoy a rich and flavourful six-course Valentine's Day set menu at The Place. Priced at $150 per adult, the exquisite menu includes a glass of champagne upon arrival, a red rose, and a delectable array of delicacies: Cured Yellowfin Tuna with Native Rose Apple, Wild Mushroom, Spinach, and Cheese Tortellini, Grilled WA Marron, pan seared Murray cod, and Sous Vide Lamb Saddle. The menu concludes with an unforgettable "Love Bomb," a flourless chocolate sponge cake adorned with raspberry gel and dark chocolate gelato, all encased in Italian meringue. To complete the dining experience, The Place offers a complimentary selection of petit four chocolates, a sweet ending to a memorable evening.

For stays between 10 February - 9 March 2025 and starting at $580 per night, guests will enjoy an exclusive romantic overnight stay featuring The Fullerton Sydney's Signature Afternoon Tea for two at The Bar, breakfast for two, an exclusive welcome amenity dessert named "Sweet Lips". This special creation, designed by Head Pastry Chef Jessica Timpano, is a decadent velvet chocolate mousse cake shaped like a lip filled with crunchy pistachios, praline and chocolate sponge. To further enhance the experience, the package also includes a bottle of Canti prosecco and a guaranteed late check-out at 3:00 p.m., ensuring guests are well-rested before departing the hotel.
