Palm House is anticipated to open this November, designed for the next generation of travelers to this iconic island. The property marks the debut U.S. property for London-based L+R Hotels' prestigious Iconic Luxury Hotels collection. Crafted as a modern retreat that marries Palm Beach's enduring allure with contemporary luxury, the intimate hotel features 79 spacious guest rooms and suites. The Belgrove – West Palm Beach (coming soon – December 2024)
Expected to open at the end of 2024, The Belgrove Autograph Collection is nestled along Lake Mangonia and offers a secluded retreat just minutes from the heart of downtown West Palm Beach. It will feature 150 guest rooms, five dining concepts, The Belgrove Spa, fitness facilities, two pools, and extensive meeting spaces, perfect for both business and leisure travelers. The design will emphasize sophisticated elegance and laid-back charm, reflecting Palm Beach's rich culture. Guests will enjoy access to the exclusive Dutchman's Pipe golf course, featuring a recently renovated Jack Nicklaus Signature Course.
The Vineta Hotel – Palm Beach (coming soon – early 2025)
Set to open next year just two blocks from iconic Worth Avenue, the Vineta Hotel will honor the hotel's rich legacy with a sophisticated restoration by Oetker Collection. This marks a new chapter in the property's nearly century-long history. The restoration work, led by Paris-based interior designer Tino Zervudachi, aimed to bring the hotel back to its original splendor. The revamped dining and social spaces will offer an eclectic mix of four distinct environments, including a complete transformation of the former Leopard Lounge, and the symbolic courtyard will transform into the ultimate al fresco dining destination. A highly exclusive play on the statement 'American Bar' is being conceived, with only a handful of seats and a brand-new Mediterranean-inspired, indoor/outdoor poolside restaurant.

The Seagate Resort & Spa – Delray Beach (now open)
The only resort in Delray Beach offering guests exclusive access to a private beach with oceanfront dining and in-the-sand cocktail service has debuted the first phase of a property transformation. Newly redesigned guest rooms are open and ready for visitors, while new dining options are planned to debut in late 2024 and early 2025, including Bourbon Steak restaurant helmed by Michelin star chef Michael Mina.
Palm Beach Marriott Singer Island Beach Resort & Spa – Singer Island (coming soon – November 2024)
Set to unveil a multimillion-dollar renovation in November, the resort will feature a new layout boasting an open space concept. The renovation includes the restaurant, lobby, marketplace, bar, and lounge.
The Colony Hotel – Palm Beach (coming soon – November 2024)
The Colony Hotel in Palm Beach is set to unveil an exciting season with new and returning partnerships, featuring collaborations with Dolce&Gabbana, artisanal bagel offerings from PopUp Bagels, and wellness services from Madison Apothecary and Naturopathica. The Colony will introduce "The Colony Edit," a curated retail experience showcasing exclusive products, including a custom candle aptly named, 'Pink Paradise,' created with LAFCO New York. The hotel will also host a rotating exhibition by Voltz Clarke Gallery and the return of the popular Living Room Series featuring tastemakers and engaging events. Hyatt Place Delray Beach – Delray Beach (coming soon – December 2024)
A full-scale renovation is underway to enhance the guest experience, including a complete redesign of guest rooms, common areas, meeting spaces, and the lobby bar, which will blend contemporary style with comfort.
The Boca Raton Beach Club – Boca Raton (coming soon – December 2024)
The iconic Beach Club hotel at The Boca Raton is undergoing a $120 million transformation, slated for completion in December 2024. Guests and club members will discover an entirely redesigned arrival area, new restaurants, cocktail lounge and café, a new fitness facility, and a transformation of the hotel's 207 guest rooms and suites overlooking a half mile stretch of private beach along the Atlantic Ocean.
The Breakers Palm Beach – Palm Beach (coming soon – late 2024)
The iconic resort is investing $12 million in a full-scale renovation of its renowned tennis and racquet facilities. This comprehensive project will introduce 16 state-of-the-art, open-air courts, inclusive of tennis (that will feature three different surfaces - hydroponic grass, clay hydro and cushioned hardtop), pickleball and padel, each with an exclusive comfort and refreshment cabana. Long-standing partner Tihany Design will further enrich the casually chic aesthetic with stylish furnishings that are inviting, purposeful, and uniquely Palm Beach. The project is anticipated to be completed by the end of 2024.

Fern! – West Palm Beach (now open)
Formerly Fern Street Wine Bar & Kitchen, Fern! is an innovative farm-to-table restaurant in a modern art gallery setting in downtown West Palm Beach. It has revamped its identity and completed its menu with the acquisition of a full liquor license. Guests can enhance their dining experience with a curated selection of handcrafted cocktails, each designed to pair perfectly with the restaurant's fresh and seasonal menu offerings.
Kasumi – Boca Raton (now open)
Kasumi, the modern Japanese restaurant at Waterstone Resort & Marina, is a culinary creation by James Beard Award-winning chef Takashi Yagihashi and renowned restaurateur Jonathan Fox. Embracing the spirit of Omotenashi, which emphasizes meticulous attention to detail, Kasumi offers a thoughtfully curated menu showcasing a diverse array of sushi and sashimi. Each dish is crafted with the freshest locally sourced seafood and premium fish flown in directly from Japan, ensuring an exceptional dining experience that celebrates the artistry of Japanese cuisine.
Nobu Manalapan – Manalapan (now open)
Under the new ownership of Larry Ellison, Eau Palm Beach Resort & Spa has proudly introduced Nobu Manalapan, a preview dining experience helmed by Nobu Restaurant Group and globally-renowned Chef Nobu Matsuhisa. Taking over the resort's Bokēn and Stir Bar & Terrace spaces, the preview features the highly acclaimed Nobu menu, known for its unique take on traditional Japanese cuisine with contemporary Peruvian ingredients alongside Nobu cocktails. This new experience is available exclusively to overnight guests.
Casalina – Delray Beach (now open)
Award-winning Graspa Group has debuted Casalina at the Shoppes at Addison Place, offering a delightful blend of classic Italian dishes with a touch of American flair. The 2,000-square-foot covered patio features lush décor of lemon tree vines throughout the ceiling, evoking Capri, while the menu showcases homemade pastas, wood-fired pizzas, creamy risottos, fresh fish, and prime meats.
The Clubhouse– North Palm Beach (now open)
North Palm Beach Country Club will debut The Clubhouse, formerly Farmer's Table, paying homage to the club's cherished history. Operated by Lessing's Hospitality Group, The Clubhouse will offer a new menu and affordable, sophisticated wedding and event packages in the newly refurbished ballroom.
West Palm Beach Food Tours – West Palm Beach (now available)
Launching two new interactive experiences for foodies, the popular West Palm Beach Food Tours is now offering a hands-on Cocktail-Making Class and Cookie Decorating Class. Locals or visitors seeking a lively libation experience can book a public or private class with award-winning bartender Vincent Toscano, owner of 215 Speakeasy. Additionally, Chef Jamal, a beloved local Food Network star and owner of Ganache Bakery, will lead a new Lilly Pulitzer-Inspired Cookie Decorating Class. The class offers a unique opportunity to dive into the world of Lilly Pulitzer's iconic fashion while learning the art of cookie decorating.
Amar Mediterranean Kitchen & Bar – Delray Beach (coming soon – November 2024)
Amar Bistro is rebranding as Amar Mediterranean Kitchen & Bar as it moves to a larger venue. The restaurant will retain its beloved signature dishes while expanding its menu to include new offerings inspired by owner Nicolas Kurban's Lebanese heritage. Guests can look forward to a vibrant bar featuring inventive twists on classic cocktails and signature drinks that celebrate the rich flavors of the Mediterranean. Meanwhile, the former location will transform into Gusto, an artisanal pizzeria dedicated to providing an authentic dining experience.
Stage Kitchen & Bar – Boca Raton (coming soon – early 2025)
A second location of this modern restaurant under the helm of James Beard Foundation Award-nominee Chef Pushkar Marathe will open in Boca Raton at Restaurant Row in early 2025, following the success of the location in Palm Beach Gardens. Stage is known for its flavor-forward cuisine interweaving tradition with modernity, utilizing fresh and often local ingredients.
Ta-boo – Palm Beach (coming soon – Spring 2025)
Michelin-starred chef and restaurateur Thomas Keller, a proud Palm Beach County native, is set to unveil his new restaurant, Ta-boo, in the historic space that once housed the iconic eatery of the same name. This exciting restaurant will celebrate classic American cuisine, blending Keller's renowned culinary expertise with a nostalgic nod to the restaurant's legacy. Keller's award-winning restaurants include Napa Valley's The French Laundry and New York's Per Se, both three-Michelin-star awardees.
Salute – Palm Beach (coming soon – early 2025)
The Bice Group plans to open Salute, an Italian-inspired restaurant concept, by early 2025 in the former space of Restaurant 44.

The Palm Beach Food & Wine Festival – Dec. 12-15, 2024
The Palm Beach Food & Wine Festival (PBFWF) returns Dec. 12-15, presented in partnership with Wine Spectator. The star-studded lineup showcases some of the world's most renowned chefs and wine industry leaders through a collection of dinners, lunches, tastings, and intimate meals. Visitors can book The Palm Beaches Culinary Experience packages and save 10% when booking three events and save 15% when booking four events, or enter to win a PBFWF prize package.
Boca Raton Centennial – Jan. 25, 2025
The City of Boca Raton will celebrate its 100th anniversary in 2025 with a vibrant Centennial Celebration that honors the city's rich history and dynamic growth. Festivities will include major special events, interactive public art, a golf tournament, and more programming and activities for everyone to enjoy. The City's Centennial-themed events will kick off with BocaFest on Jan. 25, 2025 at Mizner Park Amphitheater. Additional events throughout the year will include the Centennial Cup Golf Tournament, Centennial Celebration Weekend, Centennial Drone Show, and more.
SuperCar Week – Jan. 4-12, 2025
Determined to make The Palm Beaches the premier destination for auto enthusiasts around the world, the 14th annual SuperCar Week features public and private VIP events held throughout the destination. The event includes a special SuperCar HorsePower vehicle exhibition at the National Polo Center in Wellington. The nine-day event culminates in the Sunday Grand Finale on the West Palm Beach waterfront. As the largest South Florida event of its kind, this one-mile exhibition features the latest, greatest, and most significant automobiles in the world.
Artisans of Wine & Food – Jan. 17-19, 2025
Experience a sophisticated celebration of fine wine and food at The Boca Raton, welcoming bold flavors and unforgettable moments from the vineyards of Napa Valley to South Florida's Atlantic Coast. This three-day event will showcase exclusive tastings of new varietals curated by the most esteemed Napa Valley vintners. Guests will enjoy Vintner-Hosted dinners crafted by some of the world's most celebrated chefs and wineries. The weekend culminates in a grand gala featuring a four-course dinner designed by Michelin-Starred Chef Fabio Trabocchi, renowned for his acclaimed restaurants, including Washington, D.C.'s Fiola, and Boca Raton's Fiolina Ristorante.
The Cognizant Classic in The Palm Beaches – Feb. 26 - March 2, 2025
The Cognizant Classic in The Palm Beaches (formerly known as the Honda Classic) has been bringing top PGA TOUR talent to PGA National Resort in The Palm Beaches since 2003, providing a week of entertainment and one of the finest fan experiences around. The tournament features a field of 144 players and a purse of $7 million, with net proceeds benefiting the locally-based Children's Healthcare Charity. From prime public seating options to several different public activations on-site, the event offers an enhanced variety of food and beverage options — there is something for everyone as they experience the action.

South Florida's newest home for pickleball, CityPickle, is an indoor pickleball club that will operate 13 pickleball courts in the heart of CityPlace, the epicenter of entertainment, dining, and culture. CityPickle will offer the community a place to inspire growth, teamwork and well-being. The space will be available for individual court rentals, open plays, clinics, lessons, and private event bookings.
Splendor & Passion: Baroque Spain and Its Empire at Boca Museum of Art – Boca Raton (coming soon – November 2024)
Discover the majesty and glory of Spain and the Hispanic World through lavish masterpieces from throughout the Western World, Nov. 7, 2024 through March 30, 2025. TGL – Palm Beach Gardens (coming soon – January 2025)
TGL presented by SoFi is an innovative interactive golf league in partnership with the PGA TOUR fusing advanced tech and live action in primetime. The league will launch with six teams each consisting of three PGA TOUR players competing in a two-hour team golf competition, offering a fresh approach to the sport with a focus on technology, innovation, and fan engagement. A purpose-built venue called SoFi Center at Palm Beach State College in Palm Beach Gardens will combine a data-rich virtual course with a first-of-its-kind short game complex, creating a unique experience for the fans in the stands and watching around the world. The first match is scheduled to be broadcast on ESPN on Jan. 7 during prime time.

A new pollinator garden has opened, designed to attract insects and wildlife that provide pollination, such as bees, butterflies, and hummingbirds.

Featuring more than 100 artworks from the late 19th century to the present, this dynamic presentation is the largest comprehensive survey of artwork depicting the global sport and its cultural impact.
Town Center at Boca Raton – Boca Raton (now open)
The shopping destination, featuring 200+ stores, has unveiled multiple new luxury stores, including fashion boutique Aritzia, artisan handcrafted footwear brand Serena Uziyel, and Chanel-owned clothing brand Olebar Brown.
Ribbit the Exhibit II at Mounts Botanical Garden of Palm Beach County – West Palm Beach (coming soon – November 2024)
Leaping into a year dedicated to nature, art, and science, Ribbit the Exhibit II will showcase 18 larger-than-life whimsical frog sculptures from late November to May 2025 all handcrafted and colored with natural patina by artist Andy Cobb. Throughout the exhibit, there will be educational programming and Family Days.
Slim Aarons: Gold Coast Exhibition at Ann Norton Sculpture Gardens – West Palm Beach (coming soon – November 2024)
George 'Slim' Aarons (1916-2006) was the preeminent lifestyle photographer of the 20th century, transitioning from WWII combat photographer to celebrated magazine photojournalist. Throughout his remarkable 40-year career, he embraced his mantra of capturing “attractive people doing attractive things in attractive places.” This exhibition, “Slim Aarons: Gold Coast,” will run from Nov. 14 through Jan. 26, 2025, showcasing dozens of Aarons' iconic works alongside a selection of never-before-seen images.
AKIRA at Morikami Museum – Boca Raton (coming soon – November 2024)
The exclusive U.S. exhibition AKIRA: The Architecture of Neo-Tokyo will be available from Nov. 9, 2024, to April 6, 2025. This groundbreaking showcase presents the original background artwork from the iconic animated film AKIRA, which played a pivotal role in popularizing Japanese animation worldwide. This exhibition offers a rare glimpse into artworks that have never been displayed outside Japan, featuring contributions from renowned artists like Toshiharu Mizutani, Hiroshi Ono, and Katsufumi Hariu.
Winter Wonderland at The Ben Hotel – West Palm Beach (coming soon – November 2024)
As the holidays come into view, The Ben Hotel, an Autograph Collection property, will host South Florida's first and only outdoor ice-skating rink (featuring actual ice) from Nov. 2 through March 1, 2025. This one-of-a-kind experience will offer Aspen-inspired chalets, four new food and beverage concepts, and a VIP area for special guests. The space will host a variety of seasonal events, including family-friendly activities and exclusive themed parties throughout the installation. Ice skates are available for the entire family to rent, and all ages are welcome to enjoy this winter-time activity located just one block away from West Palm Beach's award-winning Holiday in Paradise, featuring the world's only 35-foot, 800-ton holiday sand tree affectionately named “Sandi.”
Portals – West Palm Beach (coming soon – November 2024)
Sculptor Fred Eversley, a pioneering artist with an early and long-standing affiliation with the Light and Space movement, will unveil his largest public sculptural installation for permanent display titled “Portals.” Commissioned by Related Ross in partnership with the City of West Palm Beach, the installation will debut on Nov. 8, 2024 at the new Julian Abele waterfront public park and One Flagler, a new 25-story building designed by architect David Childs and Skidmore, Owings & Merrill LLP set to open in December 2024.
Sorolla and the Sea at The Norton Museum of Art – West Palm Beach (coming soon – November 2024)
Painter Joaquín Sorolla y Bastida was revered in Spain as the nation's last great traditional painter, and French Impressionist Claude Monet hailed the artist as a "master of light." Sorolla and the Sea will feature approximately 40 works, on loan from The Hispanic Society of America Museum & Library for the first time in more than 100 years. This exhibition, open Nov. 23, 2024-April 13, 2025, explores Sorolla's lifelong connection to the sea and is organized into five sections that each examine a different aspect of this subject matter — from the artist's life and work to his plein-air paintings and beach scenes, as well as the people of Spain from the fishermen to the regional traditions captured in the artist's well-known series, Visions of Spain. Collectively, these works create a portal across the Atlantic Ocean to the Mediterranean seaside of early 20th-century Spain.
The Gardens Mall – Palm Beach Gardens (coming soon – early 2025)
A selection of luxury brands, including David Yurman, Aritzia and Louis Vuitton, will be expanding their presence with opening dates ranging from the end of 2024 to early summer 2025.
