Cocktail Masterclass & Sunset Soirée at Le Méridien Maldives Resort & Spa

On October 30, Le Méridien Maldives Resort & Spa will host a 'Cocktail Masterclass & Sunset Soirée' as part of its signature Au Soleil program. The masterclass led by Aidy will take place at Tabemasu, where guests will be served the 'Strawberry Scarlet,' a welcome drink featuring ripe strawberries and basil freshly picked from The Greenhouse, one of the Maldives' largest hydroponic farms. Aidy will guide guests in crafting three signature cocktails, each inspired by the Maldivian environment and the spirit of Au Soleil. In this immersive two-hour experience, Aidy will introduce the 'Verdant Mist', a cucumber-dill fusion martini, and his signature 'Spicy Mango Margarita', a bold interpretation of a classic favorite. The masterclass concludes with Aidy's iconic 'The Paddington Bear' cocktail, a Rémy Martin creation featured in The Three Drinkers.
